As a Phygital Marketing Designer & Animator, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual and motion-based creative assets that drive product marketing, brand communication, and customer engagement across digital and physical (offline) channels.
You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and UI/UX teams to design high-impact creatives for websites, social media, campaigns, and offline marketing, while also providing limited design support to App UI/UX initiatives when required.
This role blends brand design, digital marketing creatives, motion graphics, and modern web design, with a strong focus on storytelling, consistency, and measurable marketing outcomes.

Required Tech Skills
- Own and execute product marketing design across digital and offline channels, ensuring strong brand consistency and visual storytelling.
- Design creatives for websites, landing pages, and product marketing pages using modern website-building tools and frameworks.
- Create engaging social media creatives including static posts, carousels, reels, short videos, banners, and campaign visuals.
- Develop motion graphics and animated videos for social media marketing, product explainers, ads, and brand storytelling.
- Design print-ready marketing assets such as brochures, flyers, posters, standees, banners, and event collaterals.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Growth teams to translate campaign ideas into impactful visuals.
- Support brand identity development, rebranding initiatives, and visual guideline documentation.
- Work with content and marketing teams to ensure strong visual-content alignment and message clarity.
- Use AI-powered design and content tools to accelerate ideation, asset creation, and variations.
- Assist the App UI/UX team with light UI design support, design assets, illustrations, icons, or marketing-related UI screens when required.
- Create and maintain organized design libraries, templates, and reusable assets.
- Coordinate with developers and web teams to ensure accurate implementation of marketing designs.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, animation styles, and marketing best practices.
- Support Digital Marketing initiatives including ads, email creatives, website updates, and campaign launches.
Required Soft Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2 - 4+ years of professional experience as a Digital / Product Marketing Designer / Motion Designer.
- Strong understanding of brand design, product storytelling, and marketing-driven visuals.
- Proven experience in modern website design (marketing sites, landing pages, CMS-based sites).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, and related plugins.
- Hands-on experience in motion graphics, animation, and short-form video creation.
- Experience designing for both digital and print media, with knowledge of print specifications.
- Familiarity with AI tools for design, video, image generation, and content assistance.
- Ability to conceptualize ideas independently and execute end-to-end creatives.
- Strong understanding of social media formats, trends, and platform-specific design needs.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles to support App UI design when needed.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work across Product, Marketing, and Tech teams.
- Experience working in Agile or fast-paced product environments is a plus.
Good to Have (Plus Skills)
- Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Familiarity with React / Flutter UI concepts for better collaboration with App teams.
- Exposure to performance marketing creatives (ads, conversions, funnels).
- Knowledge of design systems and brand guideline creation.
